Workforce Delivery Inc retains personal information on Canadian servers for five years unless, by exception, there is a legitimate business reason to retain for longer or a legal obligation to retain the information for a longer duration exists. The retention schedule is maintained using Microsoft Corporation’s GDPR audit tool, which audits the retention schedule and permanently disposes of information following this policy and GDPR guidelines.
