With ownership roots in Treaty 4 & 5, our home office is in Treaty 6 territory in Edmonton. Our human resources consulting firm has offices in the traditional unceded territory of the Lheidli T’enneh in Prince George and the traditional unceded Coast Salish Territory of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ Nations in Victoria.

Following twelve (12) years of labour relations service in collective bargaining, grievance and administration, workforce planning and human resources services while working for Construction Labour Relations Alberta, KBR Industrial Canada Inc, Sam Kemble founded Kemble Consulting in 2012. Our human resources consulting firm secured contracts in multiple sectors, including construction, oil and gas, mining, maintenance, manufacturing, event services, utilities and power, technology and business two business (B2B) services. Contracts were secured supporting the ConocoPhillips Surmont Phase 2 Project, Kitimat Modernization Project, Woodfibre LNG, Safway Access and Industrial Solutions. Business was good and expanding. With interest in transitioning to a more robust human resource consulting firm, the company changed its name to Workforce Delivery, incorporated in the province of Alberta. In 2019, Tibetha Stonechild purchased a majority share of the firm, becoming the firm’s Principal and Chief Executive Officer since then.
